Initiate Your Request
Log into your KAILASFUGA account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and dust bags are included and intact.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed by our quality team.
